      Are you a charismatic daymaker with a heart for service? At Douglas J, we're looking for a Guest Services Associate who loves beauty, fashion, and the salon industry. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

      What You'll Do:

      • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out
      • Support salon technicians with professional guest interactions and retention
      • Assist with retail recommendations and purchases
      • Perform Rituals of Renewal
      • Reserve and confirm guest appointments
