What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized academic instruction (SAI) for students with disabilities
- Manage a caseload of students, including scheduling and conducting IEP meetings
- Deliver online instruction via the Class Connect Program
- Communicate with students and families through various virtual platforms
- Attend in-person meetings and trainings as required throughout the school year

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Permanent California residence (must currently reside in San Francisco County)
- Valid/current Preliminary/Clear/Life California Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
- California English Learner Authorization issued by CTC
- Commitment to not hold another job during contracted hours
- Ability to meet all credentialing requirements at the time of application

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching in an online setting or familiarity with online classroom platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and technology integration in education
- Previous case management experience with students with disabilities
