What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform user administration and role/profile assignment for SAP applications
- Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment through management of the Correction and Transport System (CTS)
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including support pack implementations and kernel upgrades
- Troubleshoot and maintain SAPGUI/SAPLGPAD installations and upgrades
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, including procedures and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in SAP Basis administration
- Strong understanding of user administration and role/profile management in SAP
- Experience with SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) and OSS/SAP Service Marketplace
- Familiarity with database administration and performance tuning in SAP environments
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot SAP installations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP database administration, including backup and restore strategies
- Knowledge of SAP licensing and compliance processes
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and tuning tools in SAP
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
