Administer, monitor and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects including servers, services and applications.
Perform installation, configuration and upgrade SAP BO software and components.
Perform routine system administration tasks such as user management, security configurations and system backups.
Fix the vulnerabilities reported to improve the lifecycle of application.
Collaborate with business users and report developers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
Monitor system performance and optimize the BO environment for efficiency and scalability.
Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls and data privacy regulations.
Implement and manage user authentication and authorization policies using SAP BO security features.
Coordinate with the IT team to schedule maintenance, updates, and patches for the SAP BO environment.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes and troubleshooting procedures.
Familiar with SSO and SSL protocols implementation and customization of application.
Assisting with audit reports.
Knowledge of BO universe design & report creation/modification.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BO reports, dashboards and data connections.
Investigate report failures and troubleshooting user/security issues.
