What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the principal architect and subject matter expert for SAP Controlling, focusing on product costing and financial reporting
- Gather requirements and lead the design and build of FICO projects, including technical specifications
- Execute cross-functional SAP and non-SAP FICO-related projects, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with finance teams to enhance IT finance operations
- Document and maintain configuration, processes, and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience with SAP FICO modules, including configuration and customization
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Material Ledger and Actual Costing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in global and virtual team environments
- Conceptual and analytical thinker with a proven ability to extract and document complex requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in finance or accounting
- Experience with SAP HANA (S/4 Finance) and ABAP/Debugging
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 modules (MM, PP, SD/LE, QM, PM)
- Hands-on experience with electronic invoicing and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with SAP tools like ALE, IDOC, BAPI, and Smart Forms
