What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and lead stakeholder discussions to gather data conversion requirements and document them as user stories
- Create data mappings for extract, transformation, load, and validation processes
- Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes and manage system integrations
- Support the creation of the data conversion plan using SAP tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP Data Conversion experience
- At least one S/4 HANA implementation experience
- Experience with SAP Business Partner setup
- Proficiency in SAP Material management
- US Citizenship and clearance eligibility up to a Secret

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong skills in data analysis, mapping, and financial data management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance teams
