- Perform triage and analysis of issues encountered during testing
- Collaborate with customers to resolve defects and issues
- Utilize SQL skills to run queries for analysis
- Assist developers in understanding necessary defect fixes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Payroll Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
- Proficiency in Jira, Agile Hive, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills to perform issue triage and analysis
- Experience in testing integrations related to payroll systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) programs
- Previous experience working in a remote team environment
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
