What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, plan, and design SAP solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define high-level business requirements
- Work with global functional teams and external service providers to ensure high availability for SAP applications
- Engage in incident resolution, data recovery, and support data migration as required in project execution
- Manage SLAs and KPIs with AMS while serving as the escalation point for all Tier 1 applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related technology field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leading SAP ECC FICO project work and support; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Proven track record of success in collaborating on full cycle SAP implementations
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP FICO certification preferred
- Experience in process manufacturing within the chemical industry
- Knowledge of Treasury Management, Cash Management, and Financial Consolidation
- Previous experience in a managed service environment
- Desired experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA (brownfield or greenfield)
