Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Position summary:

S/4HANA Forecast-to-Supply Functional with Master Data and user level BODS experience needed.

• • Excellent S4HANA, IBP & Ariba process knowledge and dependencies between configuration, master data and transaction data. Ariba & IBP process knowledge is preferred not mandatory

• • Strong experience with Global Trade Services and/or Transportation Management is strongly preferred

• • Recommend and establish standards for data conversion methodology and documentation, continuously evaluating and driving measurable improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies; and provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes

• • Provide subject matter expertise for SAP data objects and configuration to confirm functionality-driven data standards

• • Responsible for influencing the design of assigned objects and alignment of all ongoing conversion efforts between affiliated projects.

• • Assist with identification of data migration, field mapping, and transformation design requirements for data objects

• • Provide conversion governance and approvals for all Data Conversion documentation for each data object

• • Participate in forming long term technical vision for data conversion platforms and the data conversion team.

• • Mentor and coach data conversion analysts and manage project on-boarding activities of project resources

• • Generate and deliver required status reports and represent data conversion during leadership meetings and stand-ups

• • Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, onboard and manage the Data Readiness Network.

• • Participate in and support end user training for SAP Data Conversion tools and data conversion processes

• • Provide knowledge transfer and historical context of design decisions to implementation partner Strong S/4HANA experience in Demand management, Sales & Operations Planning, APO, Capacity planning, PP-DS functional processes required

• • Require strong knowledge of PP structures & master data. Prefer additional knowledge in GTS and/or Transportation mgmt.
