- Conduct defect analysis, design, and testing of defects and system enhancements
- Respond to support tickets and handle day-to-day support activities

- Provide expertise in the support and delivery of production systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP ISU support and delivery
- Strong knowledge and experience in defect analysis and system enhancements
- Proficiency in querying SAP and BW for data analysis
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Availability for a flexible start date
