What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams in defining, designing, and deploying SAP-enabled business processes and solutions
- Establish and manage strong client relationships, driving business development opportunities
- Oversee project management responsibilities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project status
- Conduct SAP assessments and design business process solutions in alignment with best practices
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of service offerings and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- 8-10+ years of relevant Project/Program leadership experience
- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably with S/4 HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP transformation methods and tools
- Ability to travel to client locations as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree
- 10+ years of experience in SAP business process consulting and solution architecture
- Experience managing large-scale SAP programs with substantial team sizes and budgets
- Familiarity with additional Microsoft tools such as Visio
- Global Delivery Model experience
