What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects while meeting high-quality standards
- Prepare and adjust project plans, tracking key milestones for successful project delivery
- Maintain risks and issues log, following up on closure actions
- Mobilize and manage project resources effectively, including manpower and equipment
- Provide clear and regular reporting through status updates and project steering committee meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years as an SAP Project Manager in green field, transformation, or large brownfield projects
- Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with involvement in at least two implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage medium to high complexity SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects
- Familiarity with both Agile methodology (SAP Activate) and ASAP for project management
- Proficiency in using project management and tracking tools, with the ability to create tools as needed
