What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage user access and authorizations in SAP ECC
- Develop and enforce SAP security policies and procedures
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Security roles
- Collaborate with functional analysts and business leaders to support business processes
- Conduct SAP IT Audit controls and risk assessments, supporting internal and external audit teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ECC security administration, design, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, and authorizations
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control
- Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) including EWM, BI, and Solution Manager
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
