What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define application solutions based on business and IT operational requirements
- Lead detailed solution design for ERP and related applications and ecosystems
- Configure and develop application solutions for ERP and respective peripheral applications
- Support planning and estimation for ERP solution implementation and deployment
- Manage client relationships and support business development efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of SAP experience
- Proficient knowledge of multiple SAP applications and solutions, including SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, and SAP Cloud Solutions
- Strong understanding of key business operation processes across various industries
- Proven experience in complex ERP program deliveries
- Strong communication and client-facing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong industry knowledge in the Public Sector
- Experience with business development, including RFP responses
- Previous consulting experience with leading management consulting firms
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
