What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop technical solutions and provide support for internal departments and external users
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve break-fixes in the SAP S/4 HANA system
- Organize and manage technical development phases of large-scale projects
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to define and clarify business requirements
- Maintain development practices and provide technical specifications for development requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- 10+ years of experience with SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning software
- 10+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP or UI5/Fiori developer
- Strong technical and functional design skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of agile methodology and testing methodologies
- Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors for support issues
