What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform annual reviews and credit analyses on all assigned SBA & USDA loans
- Prepare Credit Memos and Addendums for SBA & USDA loans
- Review Late Pays/Deficiency Reports and collaborate with loan officers on collections
- Underwrite new SBA & USDA loan requests as assigned
- Monitor insurance certificates and ensure compliance with SBA standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of SBA 7a underwriting/credit analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the most recent version of the SBA SOP
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized financial analysis training
- Experience with digital office environments and relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience working closely with SBA examiners
