      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive customer adoption and value realization through short-term engagement strategies
      - Engage proactively with customers and internal partners through telephony and digital campaigns
      - Leverage product knowledge to provide resolutions and account recommendations
      - Conduct business reviews to ensure effective product usage and alignment with customer objectives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for key account growth and risk mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or related environment
      - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools
      - Multi-lingual in English and Portuguese
      - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multi-lingual in additional languages supported by the employer (e.g., Spanish and/or French)
      - Professional experience in industries served by the employer
      - Ability to analyze customer data and metrics for decision-making and improvements
      - Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight platforms
      - High level of empathy and proactive approach to customer needs
