- Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and care plans
- Manage scheduling communications and ensure timely initiation of care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
- Previous experience in a Home Health environment or staffing agency preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Experience in a clinical scheduling role or healthcare administrative position
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
