What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and directions
- Manage timely communication of patient changes to Home Health employees
- Respond to emergency calls and adjust schedules accordingly
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs
- Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
- Previous experience in a Home Health environment is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical scheduling role or similar capacity
- Familiarity with Home Health care policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently
