What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Oil Accounting, Scheduling, IT, and Carriers Inventory to ensure accurate and timely distribution of shipper balances
- Adhere to strict deadlines to complete month-end tasks efficiently
- Analyze shipper positions and work with appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist shippers with inquiries regarding shipper balances, trades, and sales
- Seek ways to streamline month-end processes to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Related University degree or diploma in business or accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of office software and ability to learn company databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

- Experience coordinating and liaising between various internal partners and external parties
- Strong attention to detail and basic tact and diplomacy
