      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in acquiring and retaining customers for on-site community and video remote interpreting services
      - Schedule interpreters to ensure appropriate coverage for video relay, video remote, and on-site community interpreting assignments
      - Maintain a database of current, qualified interpreters available for various services
      - Provide superior customer service and ensure the highest quality customer experience for all clients
      - Support management with data entry and organizational tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in workforce scheduling
      - Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
      - Expertise using databases and basic data entry skills
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a sign language interpreter or related field
      - Familiarity with RID/NAD and other interpreting issues
      - Strong team player with a self-motivated attitude and quick learning ability
