What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule interpreters for various assignments, ensuring appropriate coverage for Video Relay (VRS), Video Remote (VRI), and on-site community interpreting
- Maintain a database of qualified and trained interpreters available for different services
- Assist in acquiring and retaining customers for on-site and video remote interpreting services
- Provide data entry and organizational support to management, while keeping them informed of any scheduling issues
- Deliver interpreting services as needed for center operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of experience in workforce scheduling
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Expertise in using databases and basic data entry skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a sign language interpreter or familiarity with interpreting issues
- Strong team player with self-motivation and a quick learning ability
