      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry into scheduling and billing software for all incoming surgical cases from facilities and surgeon office staff
      - Identify and resolve discrepancies, conflicts, or missing information through communication with relevant parties
      - Post cases according to division-specific requirements, including patient demographics and procedure details
      - Communicate with internal and external clients, including Anesthesia providers and patients
      - Make daily assignments as directed by physician scheduler or scheduling team member

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduate or equivalent required
      - Proficiency in medical terminology required
      - Previous medical experience preferred
      - Ability to efficiently collect, organize, and maintain data
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Surgery scheduling experience preferred
      - Other healthcare-related experience will be considered
      - Excellent customer service/communication skills
      - Ability to handle and solve problems under pressure
