      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry into scheduling and billing software for incoming surgical cases
      - Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information through effective communication
      - Post cases with accurate patient demographics, procedure details, and scheduling information
      - Communicate with anesthesia providers, facilities, and patients regarding scheduling
      - Collaborate with other divisions to meet cross-coverage needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduate or equivalent required
      - Proficiency in medical terminology required
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to handle and solve problems under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous medical experience preferred
      - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Surgery scheduling experience preferred
      - Other healthcare-related experience will be considered
