What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive patient interviews to obtain accurate information for scheduling

- Ensure accurate scheduling of outpatient exams and inform patients of necessary details
- Communicate with insurance companies for eligibility, benefits, and authorization processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous registration and/or insurance verification experience
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a pleasant demeanor
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback and adapt to team needs
