      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of scheduling, including daily, nightly, and weekend assignments
      - Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients regarding scheduling needs
      - Maintain and update multiple databases and scheduling systems
      - Ensure sufficient staffing for surgeries and manage call rotations
      - Assist in training new scheduling employees and maintaining scheduling policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Experience with a multi-line phone system and ability to handle a high volume of calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in surgery scheduling
      - Strong ability to analyze and interpret business reports and technical procedures
      - Flexibility to work varying shifts and potential overtime as needed
      - Local travel capability for meetings and training
