What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project master schedule and specific schedules, including reviewing baseline schedules and updates using Primavera P6
- Alert stakeholders of potential schedule delays and provide feedback on proposed mitigation measures
- Collaborate with development, permitting, and project management teams to develop timetables and milestones
- Compile anticipated durations and logic components for projects
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports identifying completed work and critical path items

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or comparable experience in construction technology
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction scheduling
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, specifications, contracts, and purchase orders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- Prior experience working on solar construction projects
