What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules for utility-scale solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and HV/MV Substation/Transmission projects
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including field supervision and project management teams, to create detailed, resource-loaded Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedules
- Report on schedule performance analytics, KPIs, and potential impacts using established schedule management standards
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders regarding planning and scheduling items, including report requirements and performance updates
- Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel to develop and refine construction schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a P6 Construction Scheduler and/or in construction management
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Technical proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States (position not eligible for sponsorship)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large-scale complex projects in construction management and scheduling
- Familiarity with MS Projects as a scheduling tool
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels
