What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure appropriate staffing for Home Health and Hospice patient visits based on discipline required for patient care
- Record and communicate schedules to staff and schedule new referrals to the appropriate clinician
- Schedule supervisory visits and assist with scheduling re-assessments for therapy services
- Assign disciplines and clinicians in the clinical point-of-care system and manage staff schedule changes
- Notify billing department of non-Medicare insurance patients and maintain communication of patient information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Clerical experience
- Ability to maintain on-call coverage schedule and communicate effectively with staff
- Commitment to receiving all required vaccinations as a condition of employment

- Experience in scheduling or administrative roles within healthcare settings
- Familiarity with clinical point-of-care systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in home health or hospice care
