      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure all Home Health and Hospice patient visits are staffed appropriately based on patient care needs
      - Record and communicate schedules to staff for efficient patient management
      - Schedule new referrals to the appropriate clinician based on patient location and clinician skillset
      - Assign clinicians in the clinical point of care system and manage staff schedule changes
      - Notify billing department of non-Medicare insurance patients and communicate relevant patient information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
      - Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
      - Clerical experience preferred
      - Ability to assist with scheduling and managing patient visits effectively
      - Strong communication skills to relay patient information to appropriate staff members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health or hospice settings
      - Familiarity with clinical point of care systems
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and patient needs
      - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
