      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments with internal providers and external specialists as directed by primary care physicians
      - Serve as a liaison to specialists' offices, coordinating care and relaying information to the operations leadership team
      - Assist in prioritizing participant scheduling by consulting with medical staff daily
      - Greet and check in participants for clinic appointments, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records
      - Perform data entry of participant information, diagnostic orders, and lab results per established procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
      - At least 1 year of experience in scheduling appointments
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Epic EMR
      - Current state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and/or Medical Assistant certificate
      - Previous clinic healthcare experience in a geriatrics setting
      - Experience as a Nursing Assistant in home care, long-term care, daycare, or group home
