What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately schedule and coordinate patient appointments for assigned clinics
- Manage a high call volume while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Analyze provider schedules to ensure maximum capacity is met
- Obtain eligibility and benefit information and register patients in the electronic health record system
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical teams and enhance patient experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of related customer service experience in administration, medical, or scheduling fields
- 1+ years of related healthcare experience, including scheduling and verification of eligibility and benefits
- Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using electronic health record systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
