What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments at various ophthalmology practices
- Manage high-volume incoming patient calls and ensure accurate scheduling
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Educate patients on the referral process and arrange necessary diagnostic testing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and perform additional tasks as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
