What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant medical office or healthcare experience
- Strong customer service background, particularly in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic or other cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Prior experience in a contact or call center environment
- Familiarity with handling high-volume workloads and complex scheduling tasks
