What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patient appointments according to physician-specific guidelines
- Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information
- Provide one-call resolution for scheduling-related inquiries
- Process multi-channel messages regarding appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints
- Assist with training initiatives for new hires and support team collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
- Proficient in medical terminology and computer navigation, including the ability to toggle among programs and multiple screens
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to achieve and maintain quality and service goals related to contact center metrics
