What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently schedule appointments for patients in various departments, including Hematology Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, and Advanced Care Planning
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients and staff
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of appointments and patient interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal scheduling and patient flow
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise
