What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones and manage calls professionally and promptly
- Schedule patient examinations while ensuring accurate personal, financial, and insurance information is recorded
- Maintain positive interactions with patients, referring offices, and staff
- Pre-certify exams with insurance companies and verify insurance for same-day add-ons
- Provide backup coverage for front office staff as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing
- Ability to handle a multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and referring professionals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
- Bilingual skills
