What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and schedule audits, including re-certification and surveillance audits
- Create proposals for current customers and manage the audit scheduling process
- Provide exceptional customer service through a multi-line phone system
- Analyze customer data for trends and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with certification scheme and scope requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; BS degree in a food-related field preferred
- Proficient with Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the auditing industry preferred
- HACCP Training and PCQI certification
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
