What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and schedule audits for clients, verifying and monitoring expiry dates
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing a multi-line phone system
- Create proposals for current customers and set up audits in various software programs
- Analyze customer data for trends and trackability
- Ensure compliance with certification scheme/scope requirements and resolve customer issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; BS degree in food-related field or relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and staff
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the auditing industry preferred
- HACCP Training and PCQI certification
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
