QUALIFICATIONS: Required NJ Certification or eligibility as a Certified School Nurse. Must have active NJ License as Registered Nurse. DESCRIPTION: Provide basic school health services to preschool students participating in both in-district and outside private provider partnership programs.
Child health services to include: vision, hearing, dental, height and weight screenings upon enrollment. Maintain records pertaining to immunizations, physical exams and other records necesary.
