      This is a remote position.

      Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:

      The Scrum Master is responsible for building self-organizing Teams, to mentor and coach and improve the maturity of the team. He or she should build and track team and sprint metrics. Should be adept to reporting the status of the project to the SET and adhere to the Organization’s vision and roadmaps.

      Critical Skills:

      • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
      • Facilitate scrum events and meetings
      • Recognize and resolve team conflict
      • Negotiation and Impediment removal
      • Forecasting, Capacity planning and Planning
      • Facilitate and mentor Product Owner on Product and Sprint Backlog grooming/refinement
      • Facilitate and mentor Product Owner on estimation sessions
      • Coaching in Agile practices (to include enforcing the team rules)
      • Servant Leadership and Agile Mindset
      • Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams, making sure that projects are successful and that teams are enabled to deliver with excellence

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      • 3-5 years experience in a Scrum Master capacity
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide meaningful, regular status communications at multiple levels of detail
      • Experience supporting multi-company/multi-plant environment
      • Ability to engage virtually with distributed teams
      • Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision

      Professional Skills Required:

      • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
      • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
      • Excellent evaluation skills and troubleshooting abilities
      • Ability to travel internationally
      • Experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
