What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the Agile process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Plan, prepare, and host Program Increment (PI) Planning events
- Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and sprint goals using JIRA and other tools
- Coach team members on Agile principles and promote continuous improvement
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Business Systems Analysts to ensure alignment in Agile processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar relevant specialization, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Experience with Agile tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Informatics, Bioinformatics, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with software development or IT operations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
