What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach and mentor 2-3 teams simultaneously on agile principles and project deliverables
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective tracking of impediments and team progress
- Guide teams on self-organization and the use of Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction
- Remove obstacles to team success and foster a trusting environment for open communication
- Support the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog while promoting transparency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and tracking impediments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work independently and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proven experience in managing complex business initiatives

- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
