What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of 2-3 IT-related epics from planning to deployment
- Facilitate Scrum events including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Resolve impediments and report project status to Senior Leadership
- Collaborate with multiple partners across the Agile Release Train (ART) and other IT areas
- Drive continuous improvement through team retrospectives and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering skills, training, or technical work experience
- 1-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum, SAFe, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAFe Agilist and SAFe Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
