What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a servant leader, ensuring the Agile/Scrum team achieves its goals
- Communicate status updates to customers, team members, and management
- Facilitate all team meetings and ceremonies, including Daily Standups and Sprint Retrospectives
- Remove roadblocks and coordinate with various teams to resolve dependencies and blockers
- Lead efforts in continuous improvement and facilitate team retrospectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proficient in Agile Lifecycle Management tools, particularly JIRA Align, JIRA Cloud, and Confluence
- Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to assertively uphold Agile and Scrum principles
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills across multiple teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Retail POS and payments
- Familiarity with Oracle Xstore
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies, with a strong preference for SAFe
