      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams
      - Facilitate meetings for sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
      - Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and transparency within teams
      - Address and resolve blocking issues that impede team progress
      - Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to enhance Agile practices across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a member of an agile team, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master; or a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience
      - Knowledge of the banking industry
      - Experience in a Scaled Agile environment
      - Proficient in using Jira, Power BI, and other Agile tools
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Depth of knowledge in at least two technology team roles (e.g., project manager, user experience, business analyst, developer, testing, deployment)
      - Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement
      - Understanding of Design Thinking principles
      - Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
      - Prior experience leading through influence
