      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
      - Drive consistent delivery cadence and monitor progress to improve predictability and productivity
      - Identify and remove impediments or bottlenecks that impact team progress
      - Coach teams on Agile principles and practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
      - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, including SAFe
      - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
      - Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
      - Must hold an Active DOD Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with technical areas such as data engineering, AI/ML governance, and model development
      - One or more Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
      - Experience in organizational change management to facilitate Agile adoption
