What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive consistent delivery cadence and monitor progress to improve delivery predictability and team productivity
- Identify and remove impediments or bottlenecks that impact team progress
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of priorities and alignment with mission objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- At least 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Extensive experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with technical areas such as data engineering, AI/ML governance, and model development
- Strong background in organizational change management to facilitate Agile adoption
- One or more Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Experience with metrics tracking and analysis to drive continuous improvement
