Role: Project Manager

Skill: Scrum Master

· Hands on Agile & Scrum framework experience is must (Should be strong on Scrum framework & Agile Principles).

· Profile should have exposure in handling stake holders independently.

· Excellent governance & reporting skills preparing data and statistics for senior management.

· Excellent strategist with exposure in building Vision and Strategy for initiatives.

· Expected high professional conduct and presentability to handle senior stake holders.

· All Agile Ceremonies to be conducted with due diligence.

· Manage and maintain all critical artifacts & reporting.

· Close to execution details- User story reviews and end to end view/governance on roadmap deliveries.

· Implementation of key critical projects, preferably Digital Initiatives.

· Good Stakeholder Management skills.

· Good communication skills.

· Good Team management skills.
