      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Manager...


      In this role, you will:

      • Drive product maturity by ensuring the right scrum and kanban talent is in the right spot so that agile and product behaviors mature based on Wells Fargo agile principles & practices
      • Support the strategy and actions of the team as a leader devoted to helping the team manage and remove obstacles to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
      • Actively identify, solution and address individual, leadership or system impediments to drive a common maturity plan based on an overall agile strategy
      • Develop a deep understanding of Cloud delivery, partnering with Transformation Leads, Coaches, and SMMs across other product lines to bring trends and best practices for teams to mature in a common way, championing agile routines across the product line
      • In partnership with Transformation Leads and Coaches, provide best practices and upskilling with agile tools and metrics to ensure teams are implementing the correct agile practices to drive maturity actions
      • Drive the identification and adoption of standardized agile maturity metrics to improve value delivery to the customer and develop teams of individual contributors or managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk on enterprise aligned Agile practices and the product operating model to maximize the delivery of business value and ensure alignment with the Wells Fargo Agile playbook, enterprise coaching practices, and related views on scaling Agile
      • Coach and support the team, guide changes to reduce dependencies, monitor and improve team cohesion and guide team self-organization and autonomy
      • Ask open and thoughtful questions to help employees rethink and change the way they structure work, enhance the understanding of Agile practices, improve interactions and ensure the right process and tools to enable success
      • Foster a culture of continuous organizational learning and improvement, change management, and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, retrospective findings, and interactive communications within and beyond your team
      • Partner with engineering and product leadership to foster a strong relationship between engineering managers, product managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters
      • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers and enterprise coaching organizations to ensure a continuous feedback loop with coaching, product development, metrics, and tooling
      • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
      • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 4+ years of Agile (Scrum, product owner or development operations) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 2+ years of management experience


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience supporting delivery of large scale cloud adoption
      • Deep knowledge of Azure and GCP
      • Demonstrated leadership experience supporting the transition from project to product
      • Strong understanding of the compliance and risk efforts associated with the financial services industry

      Job Responsibilities:

      • This role offers a hybrid work schedule with some in office expectations
